As previously mentioned, a buzzing sound can often be associated with electrical current. A product with 30% carbamide peroxide is equivalent to 10% hydrogen peroxide. My original battery powered light broke after just a few uses, so I contacted support and they were so kind and prompt in resolving my issue!
